Bob Berry is a senior partner of Brinson Askew Berry law firm in Rome. Bob's medical malpractice, professional, and insurance defense work enjoys a strong reputation throughout the state. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer since 2004.
Active in many local organizations, he has served as President of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, and as a Board Member of the Rome-Floyd County Development Authority, Redmond Regional Medical Center, Board Chair of Georgia Northwestern Technical College, Darlington School, and founding Director and Chairman of Greater Community Bank.
Bob is a member of Leadership Georgia, Class of 1987, and Gridiron Secret Society at the University of Georgia. He is a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Rome where he has served as a Vestryman and Senior Warden.
Bob is a certified mediator and has served as a mediator in many varied and complex matters, including personal injury, domestic relations, business disputes, and professional negligence.
Bob received his B.A. from Emory University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
