Our team of experienced lawyers and a Senior Superior Court Judge offer expertise in a broad range of legal matters. We can serve as a neutral to you in mediation and arbitration. With our lawyers having over 50 years of combined years of experience in a broad range of litigation areas and a Senior Superior Court Judge with over 25 years of experience, we can assist you in helping your clients evaluate their cases realistically. We find that our approach of being candid and forthright with all parties promotes cooperation and increases the likelihood of a full and fair resolution.

Forms Needed
If you have scheduled thru your local court administrator, she will do a notice. If not, your mediator will confirm the date and time of the mediation via email. Click on the forms tab to look at the general guidelines and if the case is a domestic relations case, you must complete the Family Violence Questionnaire. If the Questionnaire indicates possible family violence, contact your mediator immediately for special arrangements.

Our mediators will provide you with a wide range of experience. With three experienced mediators including a Senior Superior Court Judge who can also handle Judicially Assisted Settlement Conferences your needs should be met by our group. We can even help you mediate complex cases by sending a team of mediators which will save time and money. We understand that every party to a case is unique and has different needs. Mediation Services
Mediation is a non-binding, voluntary process that attempts to reach a resolution of a dispute or problem. Most courts require mediation before scheduling a case for a hearing. This process involves a neutral mediator who will assist the parties in working together toward a resolution of their dispute which saves time and money.
The process requires that all parties come to the table with an open mind, a willingness to compromise, and a skilled mediator to guide them through.

Easy Scheduling
Use our online calendar to schedule your mediation. The time blocks are 4 hours and start at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. If you need to start at a different time just pick the time block closest to your preference and note it in the comments section on the form. Your neutral will confirm your choice with you. If you suspect that you will need more or less than 4 hours, let us know that as well.

Skilled Georgia Mediators
